Raptor Resources is an oil and gas exploration and production company which seeks to acquire mineral acres and working interests as a non-operator in the Bakken and Three Forks shale oil formations of western North Dakota and eastern Montana, or in similar geologic formations located elsewhere in the United States

The Bakken has quickly become one of the most exciting oil plays in North America, with North Dakota growing its daily oil production from 50,000 barrels per day a few short years ago, to over 1M barrels per day as of April, 2014. North Dakota is now second, behind Texas, in US oil production!

Raptor Resources strives to:

• Build a quality inventory of net mineral acres through strategic acquisition and leasing activity.
• Participate in select exploration and production projects as a "non-operator" model to grow Raptor Resources oil and natural gas production base.
