As a non-operator, we financially participate on wells with operators such as Conoco Phillips, Continental Resources, Hess, etc. As an oil and gas investment company, along with our investors, we acquire assets in the Bakken and Three Forks shale oil formations of western North Dakota, arguably the most prolific oil producing properties in America. We believe the location, size, and geographical formation of North America’s leading unconventional oil-resource plays will provide drilling and development opportunities that result in significant long-term value. Our primary focus is to acquire oil and gas leases in areas that have proven production, which means that when we acquire a lease there is typically a producing well in the area which allows us the ability to forecast production on the future infill wells with high probability. largest pure oil resource plays in the world, and we have de-risked 3,800
square miles for multiple benches. It's onshore American, it's 85% oil, and it
has one of the most consistent, high quality crudes anywhere in the world. And
it's just getting started. Bakken will soon surpass 1 million Boe per day of
production, and I expect that to double again within ten years."
